Classic on Site Buffet
Pick your choice of Entrée’s and Sides, we will arrive on site and set up your buffet using the traditional Chaffing pans. Our SFQ Team will manage the buffet line, assist your guests, and keep your event and dining areas clean and organized. We will bring everything you need, tablecloths, chaffing dishes, buffet tables, high quality disposable bamboo paper products.
Drop Off
Just simply select your Entrees and Sides and we will fire up the Pit, smoke and package your selections and drop them off to your location, complete with chaffing dishes, sternos, and high quality disposable paper products.

Everybody loves a pizza party, but how about treating your team to some stellar BBQ instead!! We will come to the office or your event space and make sure your team feels appreciated for all they do!!
