Not you typical buffet line, we wrap large Farmer’s Tables in Butcher’s paper and display your entire meal in the most deliciously creative way you’ve ever experienced BBQ. Complete with a BBQ sauce fountain, this is the perfect route to take for Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Parties and other large events that you hope to impress your Family and Friends with. High quality disposable bamboo paper products are also included. Sit back and relax, while the SFQ Team takes care of you and all your guests, from set-up to clean-up and everything in-between.
Classic on Site Buffet
Pick your choice of Entrée’s and Sides, we will arrive on site and set up your buffet using the traditional Chaffing pans. Our SFQ Team will manage the buffet line, assist your guests, and keep your event and dining areas clean and organized. We will bring everything you need, tablecloths, chaffing dishes, buffet tables, high quality disposable bamboo paper products.
Drop Off
Just simply select your Entrees and Sides and we will fire up the Pit, smoke and package your selections and drop them off to your location, complete with chaffing dishes, sternos, and high quality disposable paper products.
